This is always a GRAND PRIX which provides excellent racing at the modern EDWARD JANCARZ Stadium. Gorzow, as a destination, holds no attractions, so this year we will be staying in fabulous POZNAN. Just over 2 hours away on the fast motorway, it is an amazing city with so much to offer with its history.

Friday 23 June 2023:
SGP2 SEMI FINAL
We will be staying in the beautiful city of POZNAN…and with decent flights and transfers, we should be in our Poznan Sheraton Hotel by early afternoon. Our transfer to Gorzow on fast roads should be just under two hours. We arrive in good time to see the second of the SGP2 series in the magnificent Edward Jancarz Stadium in the heart of this industrial city.
Saturday 24th June 2023:
GRAND PRIX DAY
POZNAN is a classical European city. Our superb Sheraton Hotel has wonderful facilities, including a top floor indoor pool. The Old Town is a few minutes away and Saturday lunch in the main square is always a favourite. We leave mid-afternoon to Gorzow and the main event. Always a sell-out, always great racing and full of incident.

POLISH LEAGUE MATCH
POZNAN v OSTROW
We are based in POZNAN so on Sunday afternoon it’s just a short drive to the fast POZNAN STADIUM where the local derby with OSTROW will ensure a good crowd. So a very full weekend of racing with THREE GREAT MEETINGS.

Your Hotel
The POZNAN SHERATON is one of our very best hotels. Superb rooms, great restaurant, excellent brekkie. Close to the city centre but not noisy and has a wonderful indoor top-floor swimming pool and beauty salon. An inexpensive sports bar, which Georgie Steven still holds the record for the day’s first beer. Bless him!
