Friday 16th May 2025:

A whole range of flights direct from your local airport will have you into WARSAW during the day. This year, we have worked hard to obtain THE VERY BEST DEAL for you. We will be staying either in the 4 star GRAND MERCURE or the 5 star SOFITEL VICTORIA right in the epi-centre of the city, close to the main restaurants, stores, transportation and entertainment.

Saturday 17th May 2025:
GRAND PRIX DAY

The city will be buzzing, packed full of fans from all over POLAND and EUROPE. Should there be sufficient demand, we will be organising a city excursion to make the most of your limited time in Warsaw. Late afternoon, we head off to the massive NATIONAL STADIUM by the banks of the Vistula river. A day of noise, colour, excitement and great racing.

Sunday 18th May 2025:

A perfect day to relax, spend time enjoying a quality breakfast before setting out on your day. Should there be a meeting within two hours travel from WARSAW, then we will arrange this. As always with Poland, this is always arranged fairly late, but rest assured with our contacts we will be the first to know.

Monday 19th May 2025:

We will leave WARSAW throughout the day for our series of flights back across Europe to your local airport.
