AND NOW FOR SOMETHING REALLY DIFFERENT! Normally we stay in either VASTERVIK or STOCKHOLM for the MALILLA GP. This year, we will be extending our long weekend to INCLUDE BOTH DESTINATIONS! In peak summer, this will be a quality long weekend. Not only fabulous destinations but also SGP2 and GP meetings during this iconic weekend.

Itinerary
Wednesday 2nd/Thursday 3rd July 2025:
We have a series of direct flights from GATWICK, STANSTED, MANCHESTER and EDINBURGH direct to STOCKHOLM for our 2 night stay in the magical capital of Sweden. Plenty of time to take in the many attractions Our bustling city centre hotel is close to the main rail station and is well situated, ideal for cafes, restaurants and bars. These days, the prices in Sweden are the same as in the UK, but alcohol is always expensive.
Friday 4th July 2025:
SGP2 AT MALILLA
We leave late morning on the 3hr journey south and onwards to the lovely Baltic seaside town of VASTERVIK. Our hotel is well situated, ideal for cafes, restaurants and bars. MALILLA is less than an hour away from our base. It is just a 45 minute drive to the amazing DACKARNA stadium for a summer evening of racing.
Saturday 5th July 2025:
GRAND PRIX DAY
Enjoy this peak summer weekend in such a delightful own. We leave mid afternoon back to amazing MALILLA stadium which has perhaps the best racetrack in Sweden. We are are in PEAK SUMMER when it hardly gets dark, even at midnight.
Sunday 6th July 2025:
After a tasty breakfast, we leave for STOCKHOLM and our series of flights back to the UK. A great weekend of racing in PEAK SUMMER.

The HOTEL C. is a strange name for a very good value, well-appointed hotel right in the heart of STOCKHOLM. Situated right behind the main railway station, it is also right in the heart of this lovely city. There is an iconic ICE BAR, totally unique and always worth a ‘cool drink’, it is the focal point of this always popular and busy hotel. In VASTERVIK we are long established clients of the BEST WESTERN STADSHOTELL. Again, in the very heart of the magical own by the banks of the BALTIC. A traditional fishing area but with a world famous speedway team.
