Comprehensive Insurance:

ALL CLIENTS MUST HAVE A FULL HOLIDAY INSURANCE WHICH MUST INCLUDE FULL COVID COVER. Many clients now have their own ANNUAL TRAVEL POLICY cover. This is always a good option, thus, this decision makes good sense. We will ask all clients to confirm their policy number before travelling. Sadly, we will not be able to accept any clients who are not fully insured.

Covid Protection:

At the time of producing this brochure, there were no restrictions in place for passengers to the countries listed. However, should this change between 01 January 2023 and the date of your departure, we will inform you. All departures will be subject to any such changes dictated by events.

Deposit Credit Notes:

Thanks to the generosity and loyalty of so many clients, many of you have TRAVEL CREDITS which will be valid THROUGHOUT this brochure. You can use the vouchers as deposits…please complete any booking form with the voucher number and we will take care of this. Once again, we are so very grateful for your trust in us and tremendous loyalty…thank you all once again.

YOU MUST CHECK PASSPORT ISSUE AND EXPIRY DATES BEFORE EU EUROPEAN TRAVEL:

New rules mean that if you are planning to travel from the UK on a British passport to an EU country (excluding the Republic of Ireland) or Andorra, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland or the Vatican City, then your passport needs to meet two requirements.

This is because the EU no longer recognises any additional validity (above 10 years) that may have been added to passports at the time of issue.

Passports MUST be less than 10 years old on the day you enter the European Union.

It must also have AT LEAST 3 MONTHS validity left on it after the day that you plan to leave an EU country – NOT the date of entry.

If one or both of these requirements are not met, then you will be denied boarding by the airline and will probably be unable to recover any pre-paid holiday or travel costs from your tour operator or possibly any travel insurance provider.
